MISSION and VISION STATEMENT The mission of ECC is to build a loving community of believers who worship God, learn from His Word, lead people to Christ, and serve God through serving people. Vison Statement: The vison is people! • We build committed relationships such that all thrive, especially children and youth. • We worhip the Lord using forms that are both historical and culturally relevant, giving creative expression to our living, breathing relationship with Jesus. • We learn through multiple methods guided by the standard of biblical truth, in an ongoing process of Christ-centered growth. • We serve people–both inside and outside the church– with our God given talents, time, and treasure according to the calling the Holy Spirit has laid on each one of us. • We lead, influencing those near us to trust Christ, to love across racial, economic, cultural, and generational lines, and to act with integrity in all areas of life. |
