Small Groups

WHAT:  2008 has been designated as the "Year of Small Groups" at ECC! 

WHY:  Though small groups have been running for the last four years, our focus in 2008 is to promote community and fellowship by integrating as many people as possible into a small group.

WHEN/WHERE:  Small groups meet on weeknights, Sunday morning, and Sunday evening.  Small groups meet in a host home, except for the Sunday morning group, which meets at the church.

HOW:  The leader-coordinator of each small group is a Christian man or woman who loves to study God's Word, has been active in small groups in the past, and is trusted by the church and church leadership to shepherd others.  The study topics are usually selected by the participants.  Small group participants, other than the leader, may lead various sections of particular studies from time to time, depending on the topic and composition of the group.

What a wonderful way to develop friendships while learning God's Word!
