Small Groups
SMALL GROUPS ARE IMPORTANT TO US AT EASTSIDE COVENANT CHURCH!
WHY: Our desire is to promote growth and BUILD community by integrating as many people as possible into a small group.
WHEN/WHERE: Small groups meet at various places and times.Small groups are usually 6-8 weeks in duration and can multiply as new leaders emerge. Ongoing training of group leaders is offered throughout the year.

HOW: The leader-coordinator of each small group is a Christian man or woman who loves to study God's Word, has been active in small groups in the past, is trained in small group dynamics and can shepherd others. The study topics are usually selected by the participants. Small group participants, other than the leader, may lead various sections of particular studies from time to time, depending on the topic and composition of the group.
